Turnaround Information

Turnaround time can be a little confusing. Turnaround time is the period we take to print the desired items and make them ready for local pickup or shipping.

This is how we deliver:

Order Delivery Next Business Day

Order Day

• Place your complete order before 5 PM.

• Simply upload the files

• Approve the proof

• Pay for the order

DAY 1

• Your order will be available for local pickup or shipping by 6 PM the next day.

Order Delivery In 2 Business Days

Order Day

• Place your complete order before 5 PM.

• Simply upload the files

• Approve the proof

• Pay for the order

DAY 2

• Your order will be available for local pickup or shipping by 6 PM on day 2.

Order Delivery In 3 Business Days

Order Day

• Place your complete order before 5 PM.

• Simply upload the files

• Approve the proof

• Pay for the order

DAY 3

• Your order will be available for local pickup or shipping by 6 PM on day 3.

The shipping time is not included in the turnaround time. We offer multiple turnaround time options; you can choose the one that best suits your requirements while placing the order.

If you request proof or are required to review one, ensure to approve the changes before 5 PM PST, your turnaround time starts the next business day. For all the proofs that are approved after 5 PM PST, they are to be shipped on the 3rd business day. If your payment is pending, your order will be on hold. After we have received the full payment for your order, your d time starts as per the aforementioned guideline.

National holidays and weekends are excluded from Turnaround time.
